Nicoll (Nikki) Larrea is a Registered Psychologist at RWPsychology, bringing a warm and affirming approach to her work with teens and adults. Nikki has a special interest and experience in ADHD and neurodivergent presentations, and particularly enjoys supporting people who may be navigating anxiety, mood difficulties, exam stress, school challenges or the impact of bullying.
Nikki practises from a neuroaffirming framework, meaning she embraces and celebrates neurodiversity in all its forms. She is committed to providing care that respects each patient’s individual experience and works collaboratively with them to develop practical, meaningful strategies for everyday life.
Clinical Approach
Nikki draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring her therapeutic approach to suit each patient’s unique needs and goals. She places particular value on building a genuine therapeutic relationship, recognising that feeling safe and understood is central to meaningful progress.

Fees
Current fees: $220 per session (standard hours) | $235 per session (extended hours, before 9am, after 3:30pm and weekends)
