Meet The Clinicians

Kimberley Geary

Registered Psychologist

Kimberley Geary is a Registered Psychologist at RWPsychology, with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan and a particular interest in trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation and parent coaching. She has experience working with NDIS participants and within multidisciplinary teams, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Family-Based Treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT).

Kimberley’s approach combines warmth and genuine care with evidence-based psychological
practice, creating a safe and supportive environment while helping clients build practical skills and
work towards meaningful change. She takes a collaborative, individualised approach, recognising
that effective therapy looks different for each person and should be guided by their needs, goals
and circumstances.

Clinical Approach

Kimberley draws on evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to address mental health challenges and improve quality of life. She also uses and is trained in EMDR and FBT. She values the interconnectedness of relationships and works to strengthen these ties as part of her therapeutic approach.

Kimberley consults from our Narellan clinic and offers Telehealth appointments for patients across NSW. Visit our homepage to view the services we can provide.
