Renata Wosik

Director and Principal Psychologist

Renata Wosik is the Principal Psychologist and Director of RWPsychology, leading a team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across South-West Sydney. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Renata has supported individuals and families through a broad range of mental health challenges, with particular expertise in eating disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence.

Her practice philosophy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and genuine human connection. Renata believes therapy should help people feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

Beyond clinical work, Renata is a passionate advocate for clinician wellbeing and practice sustainability. She mentors early-career psychologists, builds systems to reduce administrative overwhelm, and develops innovative programs to make quality care more accessible.

As a neurodivergent clinician and parent, Renata brings deep insight and lived experience to her work. She’s especially committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families with practical, affirming strategies that respect individuality and strengths.

At RWPsychology, Renata continues to grow a practice that values care, connection, and community above all else.
