Ravina Mistry is a Registered Psychologist consulting from RWPsychology, holding a Master of Professional Psychology. Ravina’s extensive career has seen her contribute significantly to youth mental health, the disability sector and private practice. She holds a profound commitment to supporting adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds on their unique life journeys.
Ravina has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, GPs, dietitians, speech pathologists and occupational therapists, recognising that holistic support and collaboration are crucial to achieving lasting wellbeing. She has a particular interest and experience in supporting patients with anxiety, depression and self-development.
Clinical Approach
With her gentle personality and extensive clinical experience, Ravina offers compassionate guidance to help patients achieve mental wellbeing and personal growth. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring her approach to each patient’s individual needs and goals.

Fees
Ravina currently has her fees set at $235 per session (standard hours) | $250 per session (extended hours, before 9am, after 3:30pm and weekends)
